I have been an attorney for over 26 years in “Big Corporate” working for international, publicly traded companies. Although still a practicing attorney in the states of Texas and Oklahoma, I also support online coaches, consultants, course creators, service providers, artists, content creators and podcasters as a legal and business strategist, helping them confidently create their own business contracts, establish proper business set-up, and provide guidance on how to avoid and overcome legal issues.
